How intense is the jungle trekking?
Trekking is primarily to detect plants and animals and is not particularly intense. The best way to observe wildlife is a quiet stalk along the forest path, not by crashing into a sprint. From other passengers would walk at a different pace, usually are divided into two groups, each with a guide. If you would like to go out to the jungle for a brisk walk and sweat, one of the groups will advance through the forest in the distance.
